After years of fighting for every rescued life, Hopeland is entering a new chapter.
Natasa has purchased a new property — a place that will one day become a safe haven for all our dogs. A place where they can finally have stability, space, and long-term security.

To continue saving lives sustainably and legally, we needed a permanent, safe location — one that allows proper permits, infrastructure, and space for structured kennels.
This new property gives us that opportunity.
Why We Had To Take This Step
The house and land were purchased for €350,000
With taxes and additional expenses, the total came to: €380,000
It is a huge financial responsibility — but also a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to secure Hopeland’s future.
The Property
We are now entering the permit and construction phase.
To make the property suitable and legal for our dogs, we need:
* Licenses for water drilling
* Building permits for the yard and shelter
* Infrastructure approvals
What Needs To Be Done Next
Estimated cost for permits and drilling: around €23,000
After permits are approved, the following steps will begin:
* Building 16 kennels (adapted to the yard’s inclination)
* Fencing the entire property
* Laying gravel to prevent mud
* Closing a balcony area to create more indoor space
* Structural adjustments for safety and hygiene
All of this depends entirely on donations.
