Volunteer at Hopeland.
Hopeland welcomes volunteers from all over the world to its sanctuary in Sorouti, Greece. As a volunteer, you’ll play a hugely important role in caring for the dogs, and get to experience the impact of the work we do at our sanctuary.

Sponsor a dog.
The Hopeland sponsorship program allows you to virtually “adopt” one of our dogs and help support he/she through a monthly donation. By becoming a sponsor, your support will ensure that the dog receives the care that it needs and deserves.

It is with the help of the people who donate that Hopeland can continue to exist. By donating, you help ensure that things such as medical bills, food and other necessities are provided for the dogs. Your donation will be used in the best possible way to help our dogs.

I found a dog in need.
Greece is home to over one million stray dogs, which can be overwhelming for tourists who are not used to seeing so many dogs out in the streets. Unfortunately, we cannot save them all. Here are some guidelines you can follow, if you want to help stray dogs on the streets.

Visiting Hopeland.
Hopeland Dog Sanctuary warmly welcomes animal lovers to walk around and visit. Open for visits Monday to Saturday, 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. Simply email to book your visitation. Come experience a small snippet of Hopeland, and make lasting memories with our furry friends.
