Bro

Bro was found in a remote area, all alone. We had been called about two abandoned puppies - by the time we arrived, only one was left. His sibling was gone, likely taken by the harsh reality of the wild. But Bro held on. Hidden in the bushes, dodging cars, and clinging to life.

We named him Bro, because even in utter loneliness, he carried the spirit of a brother waiting to be found.

Now safe at Hopeland, Bro is slowly learning what it means to be loved. He’s gentle, soulful, and already showing his amazing character. Though his beginning was marked by fear and loss, his heart remains wide open.

We expect Bro to grow into a medium-sized dog, around 20 kg. He's discovering joy, trust, and the simple happiness of being a dog.

He shouldn’t have made it - but he did.
And now, he’s ready for a life filled with care, warmth, and connection.
